Inspired by my recent travels to Costa Rica, this week’s menu is packed with the bold flavors, fresh ingredients, and vibrant dishes that made me fall in love with the country’s food. From the rich, coffee-infused Carajillo Overnight Oats to the classic black bean and rice combo of Gallo Pinto, each meal is a nod to the authentic flavors I experienced. Our grilled Carne Asada is paired with pickled pico and mashed yucca, bringing a taste of pura vida straight to your table. Plus, our Golden Milk RKT offers a delicious, anti-inflammatory treat inspired by the wellness-focused cafes of Costa Rica. 🌴🔥
